Funny sitting here looking back over old notes (on occasion I feel the need to journal events in my life) and I find on many occasions I would be offering advice to a friend and my prayers would be that God would give me His words to share with them, as I read I came across a statement that a young mother had said to me "Why are you always happy, when life sucks? How can you just keep on smiling?" My answer to her was this "because I have the joy of Christ in me, and no matter what happens to me, my reaction is what counts. I always want people to see Christ in me" Folks I think I need to learn something from what I shared with that young mom.....we may (as I have) falter in our walk but thank goodness He never walks away from us and just when we need it most He reminds us how much we need Him. We are not perfect people just people loved by a perfect God!
