Newtown lies in the designated AONB and this development if allowed would tower over the Hamlet increasing the traffic and pedestrian flow on an already extremely narrow and busy road . The proposal is for 52 Double Storey Holiday Lodges forming on a previous greenfield site within the ANOB that has only recent had agricultural status lifted.
