Further to a previous post here (which seems to have since vanished), my visit to the Omnibus Services yard in Canning Vale on Monday 19/01/15 revealed an even greater clutter of buses receiving attention / being prepped for the 2015 school year. Yet again including several which do not (yet) appear on perthbus. Brand new Hino / TOST 1ERE720 was parked with its battery compartment open. No idea who the new owner / operator is, VIN etc per one of the following pix. Not sure either which Gin Gin based operator owns 02GG (Hino) and 03GG (MAN), but both were present. Alas, I only had time to get osr views, and nil gen. A similar combination of Hino / TOST as 1ERE720 seemed to apply to Boddington registered BT2. Again, no gen, no inkling of the owner / operator, and only a nsr view. Less inspiring was a Beverley registered Toyota Coaster of 2006 or later vintage, BE79. Carries the number 1 above its nearside headlamp, although I suspect this relates to its run or route, rather than being a fleet number. To date, there is no pic on perthbus of either of the pair of Rathjen owned / operated school buses. Hopefully, the attached views of Hino 1AHM599 will help to partially remedy that. My apologies for the sea of orange bus pix / data. There were a couple of other buses that I pixed which were NOT orange, and I hope to post / report on these in coming hours / days.
