Further to my post the other day about the three bed flat opposite Brockley overground station- Ive been to view the flat today and its BEAUTIFUL, so were looking for someone to take a large ensure room with a private balcony (!) for £700pm. No couples (sorry!). We need to sign the stuff TOMORROW so wont be able to view the flat again, but here is a shakey video I took. The flat is split level, brand new, unfurnished (but will have carpets and white goods) and available from the first week of November. Professionals or older/post grad students! But two of us are already students, so if you are a professional you will solely be responsible for the council tax (but will get a sole occupancy reduction).
