Further to our discussions with Southern Cross Television, the following comments have been received from their Engineering Manager. I can confirm that Southern Cross Austereo is aware of the issues and have replaced the transmitter at the site last week to no effect. We believe that the root issue causing the fault is in the receiving infrastructure owned and maintained by a third party. We advised this organisation last Friday and they have advised that they will have expert staff on site today, Tuesday 6th January. We apologise for this disruption and are working to have reception restored as soon as possible.
