The role will include the following responsibilities:      Drive new sales and leads to meet business targets. Utilize marketing activities to increase sales and reach to new customers.      Serve as an account manager, responsible for customer satisfaction. First in line to support customers on any business needs and support as needed for service/operation issues      Responsible for sales cycle, from a lead to an account. Support customer training and oversee smooth implementation of solutions.      Enhancing business of existing accounts      Support business development activities to new segments      Assist in marketing efforts at trade shows, demo’s, office events etc..      Report sales activities in CRM and ERP systems  Requirements:      3-5 years prior experience in similar position      Excellent people skills      Knows how to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment      Fast Learner, able to understand new technologies and to articulate their value      Team player, knows how to work in matrix organization structure      Advantage - Knowledgeable with the diamond industry, with retail sales experience      Independent, self-driven with business development skills      Great presentation skills      Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (word, excel, outlook and powerpoint)      Able to travel up to 50% of the time Â
