GA/newnan/coweta co stuck in crate outside no shelter for weeks----JUST HORRIBLE --- JUST BABIES--- forwarding from FB message contact - phone number is 770 254 3735. These are the two dogs I posted about a few weeks ago that have been in this position in someones backyard in NEWNAN, GA for the past few months for 24 hours a day sometimes with no food and water and never access to shade or shelter. They have sat out there in the blazing sun and the pouring down rain while their pathetic owners sat inside their cool air conditioned house while they look inside the window from their backyard crate. They are about 7 months old and one is a girl and the other a boy. They have never known any different than this living arrangement and now they find themselves at Coweta County animal control in danger of being euthanized. I was able to see today why people continue to abuse and neglect animals unfortunately. The laws are written to protect the people and animals are looked at as property. These poor dogs have trusted this family and on the rare occasion that they were let out of their crate to run free for a few minutes close to a busy highway they always came back because they knew they would get fed at some point. Today this sorry individual was able to walk out of the courtroom with no fines, no probation, and not even a lecture about putting these two dogs in this position. I asked the judge to at least prohibit him from getting another animal and the judge said that he didnt want to go that far. So, maybe tomorrow he will go adopt another puppy? Well, here is your chance to make a difference in these two deserving lives. They are RESCUE only because the sorry POS created two dogs that are the product of their living arrangement and need to be socialized to be adopted. Please share as the shelter is completely full and they can be euthanized at any time. Today they are in Newnan, Georgia at Coweta County Animal Control but they are overcrowded and will be the first to be put down as they are rescue only. Their phone number is 770 254 3735.
