GAPS.... 1) iphone case is inadequate. I need one that holds a credit card and cash that is attractive as well so I dont need a wallet. There are no good options out there. 2) My shoes are either comfortable OR stylish. It is extremely difficult to find stylish, comfortable shoes that look good with clothes and I can walk around in for 12 hours straight. 3) I work very long hours and could use a consultant service business every week to get my errands done. ******** This is the gap I have chosen to address with a business model creation. 4) My car floor gets dirty frequently and I have to give clients a ride on the spur of the moment. It would be great to have a small vacuum that charges somewhere in the trunk so I could vacuum my car on the spur of the moment. 5) There is no garage system where I live. In the winter time there is considerable additional commuting time because of the ice and condensation that builds up on the windows. I need a solution for this that does not run down my battery. 6) I am left handed and many common kitchen gadgets are made for right handed people. It would be great to have some sort of conversion system so that my peeler, scissors and things like that could be adjusted for both left handed and right handed people. 7) I am tired of keeping track of long receipts when I go to the supermarket. I would like the option of having all my receipts emailed at all stores so I can keep track of them. 8: Supplies for my business often have to be shipped overnight because my needs are constantly in flux. I need an overnight shipping service that is considerably less expensive. 9) I do laundry for a large family and socks in the laundry are often impossible to match up or sometimes go missing. I wish something existed to hold the socks together throughout the washing process to avoid the constant problem at the end. 10) I have a constant deluge of post its floating around my office to remind me of details. I need a better, more organized system.
