GASHAM - SEND RAIN!!! Expectant Ones, YHVH is searching for our cry to come up. On Sunday, November 9th, I had a vision in which I heard the proclamation: Jordan overfloweth his banks! Scripture specifically declares: ...Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest... (Joshua 3:15 KJV). Indirectly, this is making a prophetic declaration that it is harvest time. Yet before we become jubilant without knowledge, we must take into account the necessary element which is needed to make Jordan overflow - RAIN. Interestingly, Scripture speaks of the former and latter rain. The former rain is given at the time/season of sowing, while the latter rain is poured out during harvest time. It is this rain - the latter rain, which causes Jordan to overflow all his banks all the time of harvest. We need to understand that if we have no seed in the ground, although this is harvest rain, there will be no harvest. Obtaining a harvest requires having seed in the ground! For this cause, if we have no seed in the ground then we have no right to cry GASHAM (pronounced gaw-sham). This Hebrew word means to be rained on; to cause rain; send rain. Expectant Ones, Prophet Zechariah proclaimed: Ask ye the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one [with seed] in the field (Zechariah 10:1 KJV personalized).
