GBA member, New Faces New Voices, in partnership with the African Development Bank, is organizing the 3rd African Women’s Economic Summit to discuss women’s role in sustaining Africa’s economic potential. The continent is home to some of the fastest growing economies in the world; nearly a quarter of African countries grew at a rate of 7% or higher in 2012. This biennial summit will focus on the role of women in sustaining Africa’s economic potential. The event brings together key stakeholders in the financial sector throughout Africa, as well as influential global leaders. GBA Africa Ambassador Theopista Sekitto Ntale will be participating in a panel focused on how banks can offer better customer value propositions for women.
