Part Time:Assembler 51-1011.00 Department: Assembly Floor- Reports to: Assembly Floor Supervisor Overall Responsibility: Efficiently assemble quality parts. Key tasks: -Follow routing and build parts accordingly. -Make sure to get all appropriate verifications during each build. -Follow one defect rule. -Assemblers will do many different tasks including rolling, amping, soldering, doming, deslugging, inspecting, and encapsulating. Key Responsibilities: -Responsible for reading the routing every build. -Responsible for clean up and restocking green bins at the end of each work day. -Follow routings and mfg. procedures. -Pay close attention to quality. -Work efficiently. -Be willing to work as part of a team. ***Please note you will be sitting down while working for a majority of the day*** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ - ***On occasion you may be asked to do other tasks on production floor. You will report to the supervisor of the department you have been asked to work in as well as your regular supervisor. *** Skills and Attributes: -Self starter -Strong organizational skills -Strong oral and communication skills -Attention to detail -Efficient -Positive attitude & able to work well with others. -Flexible able to plan and re-plan as orders and ship dates push in or pull out. -Solder experience a plus.
