GDay All Well the regular season is over and Im proud to say that the club has exceeded all expectations, here are the results: - 1st Grade Minor Premiers on 62 points with 10 wins 3 losses and 1 draw. A huge effort especially as first points werent won until round 3. Next stop a home quarter final at the Northern this weekend. - 2nd Grade finished 8th on 38 points which again is a huge effort considering that first points were not won until round 8. Well done Charlie and the lads, semi finals next year for sure! - 3rd Grade Minor Premiers! Achieved at the last game of the regular season. Home quarter at the Gwilliam this weekend. Well done Hari and the lads keep the momentum going. - 4th grade finished 7th on 58 points! How the hell that doesnt get you a semi final birth I dont know! Well done to Phil and the lads for a huge effort! - 24s finished 6th after making the semis another great effort and well done to Johnnie in his first year of captaincy. - 5th grade are still in their season and have produced some big efforts with club stalwart Tony Barnes scoring a huge 113! - Masters play their final game this weekend and are sitting 6th with 5 wins 3 draws and 2 losses; they just keep on rolling on! - Club Championship....... we finished 5th on 1140 points 20 points behind 4th, a big improvement on last year were we finished 13th. With 1st and 3rd grade playing home qualifying finals this week, we would love to see as many past and present players as possible to cheer the lads on. Especially as we are playing Burwood in 1s (the club you love to hate) and Strathfield in 3s. Lets stick it up them lads! See you on Saturday and Sunday Ps a beer tent will be set up for your viewing pleasure! But please no streaking! Cheers Pete Saliba MUCC Pres
