GETTING RIPPED- MADE EASY just follow the 2 principles detailed below. you will feel the fat melt away... #BURNING MORE,CONSUMING LESS 1)Eating less calories-- dieting, obviously is the KEY activity here. its not possible to sustain a diet based on pure will power. You will become agitated, irritable and cranky. You can use these ideas to help make the dieting easier- a) Drinking green tea or black coffee will suppress hunger. b) Drinking a lot of water will suppress hunger. c) Eating a lot of fibrous .voluminous food will give you a feeling of satiety without you having consumed that many calories (salads,fruits etc) d) Have fixed cheat days where u eat anything you want. They should be spaced 8-10 days apart and should only be included if your diet is spot on for the remaining 8-10 days. e) For sugar cravings, drink something sweet with your post workout protein. Have some grape juice or Gatorade. BUT, avoid sugar on all other times..no chai and biscuits , no snacking on junk food, no midnight binges. That’s the deal. 2) burning more- training is the key activity here but to diet is no less important. You will burn more calories,more efficiently if your metabolic rate is high. In this video, he is using the bodyweight . u can use weights .for ex- 20 seconds barbell curls,10 seconds rest, then 20 seconds barbell curls..till 4 minutes. Do a 4 minute tabata round, rest for a few minutes and then start again until you have done 3 or 4 rounds. Increase the intensity as your body adapts. Then when you are through with the weight training, do 30 mins of slow and steady cardio(brisk walking types). The points mentioned above will help in keeping the metabolic rate high while you are out of the gym. # USING STORED FAT AS ENERGY You have to force your body to use the stored fat as an energy source basically by depriving it of carbohydrates( rice,chappati,sugar,bread,pasta,potato etc). a) Consume the bulk of your carbs during, immediately before and immediately post workout. This means have brown bread or rice ,oatmeal an hour before workout. Keep sipping on glucose or Gatorade during the workout..USE YOUR BCAAS DURING YOUR WORKOUT! Mix your protein with juice or Gatorade after your workout. On all other times, resist carbohydrates or at least keep them as low as possible. Have NO carbs after 6 pm. Your dinner should be for example- boiled veggies+ roasted chicken breast. b) Use a good fat burner. c) Use CLA- it will help in fat loss.( Easily found at any supplement store) d) Use l-carnitine- it will promote fat loss by making your body use up stored fat as energy.
