GFS, NAVGEM, ECMWF Forecast Models all showing a Tropical Cyclone development next week, period from Sept 13 to 17, 2013. Will not landfall in our country, will track poleward to Northeast of Taiwan. But will watch this one in the coming days, this may enhance the Southwest Monsoon windflow again that will bring rains in some areas of the country. This TC development location may enter upper latitudes Northeast Quadrant of PAR. GFS indicating a development far east of PAR @ 146.0E Longtitude, possible track to Japan.
