GGM pleased to announce it is expanding its practice in the area of bicycle accident litigation. Firm principal Charles Grzanka is accepting cases from injured cyclists throughout the Midwest. The issues include not only "dogs, doors and automobiles" but also hit and run litigation coupled with uninsured policy recoveries. The firm has resolved several cases with property owners, automobile drivers, helmet manufacturers and race promoters. Mr. Grzanka has been called upon to help in part based on his several years as a cyclist/racer and triathelete both locally and nationally together with more than 35 years litigation experience both for the defense and injured plaintiff.
