*****GILS ONLY**** I am subletting my 16qm room for the period of May until November. The room is very bright as it has a huge window (double glass) and a smaller one that can be opened. The room is furnished with a couch, table for studying, wardrobe, a sideboard and a mattress. The only thing that is missing is a bed frame. *Furniture can be partly removed if you wish to bring your own for the time you will be subletting the room. Please indicate so in your email* The room cost 280€ all incl. and it might be nice to know that you will be getting a contract and that the landlord is very nice and comes around to fix things. There will also be a deposit of 280€. If you are interested in subletting my room it might be useful to know that you would be living in an apartment that is in *very good condition* in Groningen South approximately 15min. by bike to the city center (10min. if you are fast). You would be sharing the kitchen, toilet and shower with two other female students (25 years old). The apartment is on the third floor and there some space in the basement where you can put your bike. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Whom are we looking for? My roommates and I are looking for a nice female student preferably a master student or at least 22 years old. We live a quite live and would prefer if you are not a party animal.
