GIS Officer required for a temporary contract of 6 months, possibly longer. The purpose of the job is to provide effective GIS and data management services including mapping, corporate system support and development. Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent Experience in GIS or related discipline, in-depth knowledge and experience of using ESRI ArcGIS and Microsoft Access knowledge of data management issues and Ordnance Survey data, be willing to travel within the area and have good written and verbal communication skills.
