GIS organized Annual Athletic meet 2014-15 from 15-12-2014 to 24-12-2014. On this various events like long jump, high jump, 100m race, 200m race, relay race and shot put took place. The Chief Guest Mr. Rakesh Gadhwal, SDM Fatehpur appreciated the event and encouraged the students to achieve greater heights by quoting his own example of perennial hard work. The dignitaries to grace the occasion were: Mr. Rakesh Gadwal, SDM Fatehpur (Chief Guest) Mr. Vinod Kaler, Dy. S.P. (Guest of Honour) Mr. Hardayal Singh Dhaka, Chairman (GIS) Mr. Shivlal Singh Lamba, A.G.M. (BSNL) Mr. Jagdish Dhaka, Secretary (GIS) Mr. Vijay Pal Dhaka, Director (GIS) Mr. Rohitashva Dudi, Principal (GIS) Anchoring was done by Ms. Poonam Sharma madam, Master Ashwani Gurjar and Miss Sonu Saini. The most coveted Trophies were given away by the Chief Guest & Guest of Honour. Prizes, Medals & Trophies were given away even by other distinguished guests & dignitaries mainly Mr. Keshar Dev Dhaka (The Patron), Mr. Mamraj Jakhar (Advocate), Mr. Vinod Poonia (Govt.Teacher), Mr. Hariram (Ex Girdawal) , Mr. Bhanwar Singh Rathore, Mr. Bhagirathji Nehra (President of cooperative society ) and Mr. Vidyadhar Chhirang (Businessman Abroad). The whole celebration was enthralled with the loud clapping of parents, guardians, teachers, other staff members and support staff. Many cultural events performed by the Tiny-Tots moved the audience with their superb performance. The show was stolen by the vibrant, enthralling and exciting March past of all the five houses of the school. The programme came to an end with the motivational, encouraging and thanksgiving motion of the Principal Mr. Rohitashva Dudi.
