GITOBU IMANYARA tells UHURU KENYATTA off – He should stop fooling us by insulting US/ UK/EU …. Monday October 14, 2013 - Renowned human rights lawyer, Gitobu Imanyara, has lashed out at President Uhuru Kenyatta over his continued attack on the Western imperialists, among them the US and UK, saying he is being hypocritical. Speaking yesterday on his Twitter account, Imanyara noted that President Uhuru Kenyatta was fooling Kenyans by insulting the Westerners while in the real sense he trusts them with his life. He said Uhuru has continued to insult the US and UK over the ICC issue while he hired them to represent him as his defence lawyers at the ICC. Besides, the imperialists the President is referring to are responsible for his and the entire Kenyatta’s family’s education. Uhuru hired Queen’s Council, Stephen Kay, and British law firm, BCL Burtom Copeland, to represent him at the ICC. This comes after President Uhuru Kenyatta launched a verbal attack on Western powers at the AU summit last weekend, over the ICC cases facing him and his Deputy, William Ruto.
