GM. I wont be preaching on Ferguson today because I dont feel called to. I do feel called to preach this sermon on The Ministry of Misfits. I wont let colleagues make me feel I have failed to rise to the opportunity (Ive let them guilt me in the past). Rather, Ill preach the sermon the Holy Spirit gave me and trust that it will impact and transform lives and communities. Obedience is better than sacrifice.
