GNA- IMT HAS INVITED US TO SPONSOR FOOD FESTIVAL ORGANIZE BY THEM. HERE IS THE REQUESTED MAIL. Respected Mr Raghavendra Singh, Greetings of the day I am writing to you on behalf of our students of department of hotel management (GNA-IMT, Phagwara), who are going to organize a “Food Festival” at Phagwara on 8th march, 2014.GNA-IMT is one of the premier institutes of northern India backed by GNA group( an auto ancillary manufacturing group with 67 years legacy). B.sc in hotel management is a three year most sought after course at GNA-IMT by students by virtue of its state of the art infrastructure, experienced faculty and robust teaching pedagogy. Students of hotel management department invite you to be part of the “Food Festival” by the way of sponsoring your products and, your logo will be part of our leaflet in case you decide to sponsor. We intend to distribute approx 50,000 leaflets through newspaper circulation as well as manual distribution. The theme of the food festival is “Indo - Chinese” cuisine which will be supervised by one of the finest chefs of these cuisines. A footfall of approx 1000 to 1200 people are expected to attend the fest from Phagwara and its surrounding areas. Apart from food, the fest has other attractions as well like fashion show and live performances by the students.In addition to it, the department of hotel Management have also planned a MASTER CHEF Competion for House wives and students.
