GO AND FIGHT A LION BEFORE YOU FIGHT GOLIATH There are 3 major kinds of authorities in this world: Civil, Church and Family (home) What is the highest position in the government/church/ family setup? Does one need to first experience presidency before he becomes one? Does one need to first experience the bishop/pastoral/ prophetic office before he becomes one? Does one need to first experience fatherhood before he becomes one? If a president does not need 10 years experience of presidency to be a president, why should you need 10 years’ of experience to get that one of many positions in the company? Be courageous to demonstrate the qualities, knowledge and skills you are continuously developing. GO AND FIGHT YOUR LION BEFORE GOLIATH David did not have to first kill Goliath to qualify to fight him, nope. He had experience with vicious animals. If you don’t have the experience for that particular position, then go into your jungle and start searching for lions and bears; create the experience for your field, grow out from your comfort zone. Don’t wait for Goliath to come to you, otherwise he might just find you out of shape. Learn to create opportunities to gain experience, if it is volunteering, then do it with all gladness. All the people in the highest positions fought their lions in one way or another before fighting Goliath. be willing to be trained first, dont rush to get the post, AIM AT BECOMING NOT HAVING
