GO FRACK YOURSELF Bluegrass Pipeline! KY and OH residents please read. Do the research. KY counties : Grant, Pendleton, Bracken, Owen, Harrison, Scott ...and more OH counties : Brown, Clermont Highland, Fayette...and more. Natural gas pipeline coming to transport toxins through our lands. Natural gas liquids are flamable hydrocarbon byproducts of FRACKING that include butane, methane, and propane. These pipelines are TOXIC and have been proven to be dangerous. In August, a pipeline in Illinois burst under a cornfield causing a 300 ft high fire able to be seen 20 miles away. This is a high pressure hazardous liquids pipeline, and they tell u its safe. It isnt. There are reports of many existing pipeline incidents. Imagine Erin Brockovich. Everyone remembers that movie right? According to U.S PHMSA Valve Study, Even a moderate incident could cause damage in a 1,000ft radius. Signifigant incident 5,000ft. They admit on record that all pipelines eventually leak. They require houses to be only 50ft from lines. Wow. There are multiple complaints on record from U.S citizens who already have been affected by these pipelines and fracking. They were told its safe, they were compensated, they were deceived. Now, they can turn on their water and its flamable. Reports state that property owners can hold a lighter to a stream of flowing water from kitchens, bathrooms, hoses, etc, and it catches fire. Does that sound safe? Surveyers have unlawfully staked parts of Kincaid Lake St Park, have staked over caves, natural springs, and near sinkholes. A pipeline leaked in Parachute CO for over 2 weeks in 2012 & benzene, a known carcinogen is still in the groundwater. Our children and grandchildren will reap what we sow. LANDOWNERS: Do not accept $$ to grant an easement. This makes u the serviant tenant of YOUR land, and makes Bluegrass Pipeline LLC the PERMANENT and dominant tenant. Meaning, you cant plant trees, building structures, or anything else without their permission. It also gives them permission to construct additional pipelines without additional payment, whether u agree or not. A group of landowners in PA are suing due to property damage and harrassment. Bluegrass pipelines is an LLC. The parent company (williams and boardwalk) would not sign the easement agreements. (told to Scott county ky residents at a meeting.) Its possible an LLC like Bluegrass will be denied ins coverage for community incidents and not cover damages. Bet no pipeline reps have mentioned any of this to my fellow KY residents. They are equal to big oil and want to stake their claim in our state. Forever. Find the truth on Fracking Watch Gasland documentary as seen on HBO. Google, bing, youtube, anything...just go for truth. Do your research!! Contact an attorney! Dont sign your rights away!! Its not to late, join the petition to keep the pipeline out!! Contact Gov Beshear to support legislation to ensure rights of landowners are protected. Local landowners are surrendering their rights, and their lives, and they dont have a clue.
