GOBHI ALOO 1 head gobhi. Cut into regular pcs and boil a little in water with salt and haldi. 1big boiled potato, peeled and diced. 1 big katori curd,salt,red chili powder, little haldi, pinch sugar,dhania and jeera powder ,crushed sauf powder, black pepper and some garam macula powder. Mix all the measles and curd and marinate the potatoes and gobhi in it and leave as long as you wish. Heat oil and add hang and jeera. Put the whole marinated mixture. Cover and cook for a while. When the water almost dries or you find the gobhi almost done, remove the cover and cook till well blended. I added in some spring onion and capsicum pcs I had in the fridge. Mix in coriander leaves and Serve hot with dal and roti or rice. Simple yet tasty.
