GOD FEARING OR DEVIL FEARING LIFE PARTNER? Every single person that I have counselled insist that one of the qualities their life partners must have is to be A GOD FEARING PERSON. I have always insisted that religion can be faked. Some of people you see daily in Churches, fellowships and Adoration grounds may not be who they really portray to be. A lady may not wear earrings, necklaces and trousers as a sign of religious observances but she is extremely wicked, selfish and domineering. A man may preach well, pray in tongues and command fire like Elijah but have no job or business, no home and easily given to anger and violence. God forbids that I will ask any person not to look for a “God fearing person” BUT please look beyond the religious mask and x-ray the character of the person. Never ever use only a person’s religious stand to marry a person. Use also other benchmarks like good family background, good health status, financial stability (if he is a man), Emotional and temperament soundness and ability to relate with others. Being “Born Again” Christian or a God fearing person is not enough. Even some Pastors are now divorcing their God fearing husbands and wives. Have ever considered someone who fears the devil that will put asunder and scatter the marriage? A devil fearing life partner? Think of it.
