GODS WORD FOR TODAY! Ezekiel 37:3-4 And he said unto to me, Son of man, can these bones live?.... Again he said unto me, Prophecy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD. Ezekiel found himself in a valley full of dry bones and the Lord asked him, Can these bones live? That was an impossible situation and so Ezekiel in responding pushed the responsibility back to God: O Lord GOD, thou knowest. However, God needed Ezekiel cooperation so He said, Prophecy to these bones. As soon as Ezekiel complied, a great miracle took place: ...and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone (Ezekiel 37:7). This alone shows the ways of God. He expects us to prophesy our way out of any negative situation, rather than wait for Him to do something. Thats why He said, And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and daughters shall prophesy (Acts 2:17). You can speak words of power. No matter how dry the vally may seem, you can prophesy your way to the top and out of any predicament, into the good life.
