GOLD COAST RUGBY LEAGUE JUNIOR REP COORDINATOR POSITION The GCRL Junior Representative Coordinator will be responsible to the Gold Coast Rugby League Stakeholders Committee and (on a daily basis) it’s designated sub-committees. This position will manage the general operation of the Cyril Connell and Mal Meninga Cup Teams/Staff for 2014. The Coordinator will act as the conduit between the Coaching and Management sub-committees and the on-field staff. Duties include: 1. Program quality control 2. Liaising with stakeholder committees 3. Assist with selection and up-skilling all on-field staff 4. Liaising with staff re: on-field equipment and training programs 5. Player and Staff Welfare and Discipline 6.
