GOLF RESULTS Scruffy won the chook last Friday on a chip off from Joel Bauer - both had 20 points. Saturday was the annual Centracks Cup, this year held in Biloela. We had teams travel from Moura, Wowan and Baralaba to give us 6 teams total. The winners on the day were the Wowan Team made up of DJ Vickers, Terry Vickers, J Webber and Chaise Pearce with a combined total of 209. The overall nett winner for the day was Steve Rizzini with 66 on a count back from Bevan Maller. The run down then went to Terry Vickers 67, Bear Robson 67, Jock Ritchie 68, P Moran 69 and Chaise Pearce 70. Long Drives were won by RJ Austin A Grade, P Moran B Grade & Steve Rizzini C Grade. Pin shots were won by Bear 3rd on 4/18 and 3rd on 9 and Chaise 2nd on 6 and 2nd on 12. We would like to thank everyone who made the effort to travel out for the day. A big special thank you must go to Scruffy who prepared everything for the BBQ, cooked the BBQ and then cleaned everything up afterwards. A job well done that was very much appreciated! Sunday was a monthly medal and 30 players made up the field. Thank you to Graham Dorsett and Steve Rizzini who sponsored the day with a great spread of prizes. The overall nett winner for the day was Don Macklyn with 67 nett. There were also prizes for the best gross and best nett in each grade. A Grade Best Gross - Steve Dietrich 73. B Grade Best Gross - Cam Schmidt 84. C Grade Best Gross - Randal Spann 91. A Grade Best Nett - Rod Callow 71. B Grade Best Nett - Cam Curtis 70. C Grade Best Nett - Peter Moore 71. Pin shots were won by Rod Callow on 2/16, Scruffy on 8 (lovely shot Scruff), Randal on 11, Peter Moore on 13 and Jason Winnett 2nd on 12. Joe Garrett won the Captains Pin Shot on 3/17 with 3.31m followed by Dylan 3.94m and Steve Dietrich 4.15m. Congratulations to Joe who also had an eagle on Number 4.
