GOOD MANNERS Being rude, abusive, mocking or simply displaying bad manners when discussing the Dīn exposes bankruptcy in both proof & credibility. This is in fact opposite to the characteristics that a Muslim should strive to achieve as the best man who had the best manners, the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ informed us, عن أبي الدرداء رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ما من شيء أثقل في ميزان المؤمن يوم القيامة من حسن الخلق... رواه الترمذي وقال حديث صحيح On the authority of Abu Al-Dardā (may Allāh be pleased with him), the Prophet ﷺ said: There is nothing which will be heavier on the scale of a believer on the Day of Standing, than good character... Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi (Authentic)
