GOOD morning FB: You know I was in the bed this morning and a thought came to me: :I look forward to the Lord today. First of all, one will agree that the sentence does not sound right, but we also can agree that we should expect the LORD to do something in our lives today. I wanted to share the secret to really finding your calling as well as obtaining a relationship with God. I am working on this book and at first, I came up with a title, Heavenly Investments, Baptizing the Church. As I began to really read and listen to what God purposed it to be the book is entitled, Perfecting Our Walk. The reason the title is not a beautiful title such as, Walking in Excellence is because we are not perfect, and each day we have to perfect our walk, just as a baby learns to walk after crawling. The vision that is also demonstrated in the book is we have our moments when we are crawling, trying to get out of something, our moods, etc..but just as a baby learns to walk, it is a process. The more you grow in Christ, the more you can walk. The revelations shows us walking out of negative situations, walking out of anger, walking out of unhealthy relationships and much more. Yesterday, I came home and it has been 4 weeks that I have not had cereal because of this Fitness information and so on. As I was walking up to the door, Jesus revealed, You are no longer on milk spiritually and you you are on meat. Sometimes in the physical world, God makes transitions in our lives to hint or to show us where we should be spiritually. I am not really big on meat except Chicken and fish, but I have given up the cereal and so growing in Christ says the Lord, means giving up some things you have been doing for years to get better things. I am sure everyone is aware that meat provides protein and helps with iron and milk is calcium, but cereal has some value, but brings alot of sugar. LOL..So this was very interesting. I miss my Lucky Charms, but hey, since I am not a huge fan of meats, I have had to alter my life with salads, veggies and more, which is healthier and adds value to my health. God is saying to us today, look forward to him and if it is (Whatever it is) not adding value to your LIFE, remove it, something better is taking its place. I still ask the question, What would life be like if every place you tarried, ALL were saved? I am not talking about going to church, being baptized, I am talking about being saved. Today, i still recommend Jesus, because he is the only one who can save us. Look out for the book, in that I have to go in Gods timing. It changed, Perfecting Your Walk! It really is Perfecting Our Walk. Like a baby, will we stumble in life? The answer is yes, but just as your parents or family picked you up when you fell and cried, God is the same way. This book is amazing and it has changed alot, but Pauls experience on that Damascus road has moved up to the first section of the book, rather than the 3rd section. My God revealed to me that you are not the same person and when one begins to try to turn around and find that road that Paul traveled, you are perfecting your walk. When you have that as your goal, you begin to experience the Love of God, new experiences, healthy things and much more. It reminds me of a song that is secular, but the message is conveyed, When we begin to perfect our walk with God, we learn how to Love God more and we begin to trust God. Freddie Jackson sang alot of songs that I still study, but this is basically the experience, but it is spiritual in nature. No matter how Holy we are, God still expects us to understand others who may be different as far as any area. If we only focus on our Spiritual bubble, how can we understand the hearts of the lost sheep and bring them to Jesus? If you dont understand me, that is the phrase God gave, How can you help me? Powerful. I was in bed thinking this around 4am! Have a blessed day!
