GOODMORNING ELGEYO MARAKWET I want to congratulate my County for the first time in History of Devolution for partnering with investors from Israel to boost Agriculture in the semi Arid and other parts of the county. The Idea is highly welcomed as it will improve the the Archaic agricultural techniques employed by our people a long the KerioValley and the Highlands. I also want to request the County government to form or facilitate the formation of co-ooperatives and Youth groups to empower the entire population in the county. It has been established that the County of Elgeyo Marakwet can do better in dairy farming and the county government can revive the dairy industry by importing the best dairy breeds from Germany or Netherlands on behalf of the farmers. This will be possible given that the Chebororwa ADC will be instrumental in the project. Further to that, the Kapsowar Mala plant can be revitalized to compete with BROOKSIDE AND KCC (remember the kenyatta family have actually merged all the other dairy plants , including Molo milk under Buseki). Opening other outlets or plants in Iten and Kapcherop will be a boost. Hope you now know that the son of Jomo is looking forward to monopolize the dairy industry and soon our farmers will be suppressed. Ahsante sana. Mungu awabariki.
