GOT THAT POST TURKEY FEAST BLOAT???? If you are anything like me then you may or may not have eaten WAY too much pie (because your sister in law makes an AMAZING pecan pie)... There is a slight chance I not only went back for seconds, but I might have visited the pie table a half a dozen times... MAYBE (I will neither confirm nor deny this in a court of law) I WILL admit to having the whitest stomach on the planet though.... ;) #needaspraytan With that being said and admitting NOTHING (wink wink) I have the perfect solution to get rid of the bloat and get that 6-pack back in just 5 minutes!! THIS YEAR I AM THANKFUL FOR PLANKS (and maybe pecan pie.. maybe) Set your timer for 5 minutes, Hold each plank for 1 minute, transition to each new position with no rest... and in 5 minutes youll be back on track! Plank Tips: - In high or low plank keep hands/elbows directly under your shoulders. - keep your abs tight the ENTIRE 5 minutes by pulling your belly button to your spine. - tuck and squeeze your butt under to help keep your body flat, especially when you get tired. Workout...(see video for demo of planks) 1 min. traditional plank (High or low) 1 min. right side star plank. 1 min. Left side star plank 1 min. single arm/leg switch 1 min. spider You can accomplish all these planks on your knees just make sure your knee is always inline with your hip and you keep your abs tight and butt down for a lower option. :) Be strong,,,, DO THE WORK.
