LBS Assisted Using mobile networks and triangulation, LBS can help reduce the seek time involved in locating itself. LBS will provide the GPS chip with a rough area to start searching first based on the location of the mobile beacons around your area. This can reduce the seek time to under 10 second from a cold start.
