GRADY Constance Anne “Anna” Late of Durack, passed away peacefully in St Andrews Hospital Brisbane on Tuesday 26th November 2013. Aged 857 years Anna will be sadly missed by her loving children and their partners; Susan. Robert and Vicki, Bruce and Jackie. Anna’s passing has also left a huge hole in the hearts of her adoring grandchildren. Elizabeth, Joanna, Clare, Mitchell, Caitlyn and Callum as well as her dearly loved great grand children, Olivia, Pippi and Loui, as well as the many generations to come who will all be kept informed of their dear Anna’s contribution in their lives. Anna has now gone to join the love of her life and soul mate Thomas in the garden surrounded by the plants, flowers and birds she so dearly loved. Anna’s relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a ceremony in celebration of her life.
