Just to let you all know my man Paul Menay Edwards Was in great fight with another great fighter Matty Askins the fight was very close but they held no prisoners , brutal ! the rallys exciting Matty caught Menay in round 9 and Menay tried to get up and was little unsteady , so it was called off , rightly so. So congratulations to Matty on his win, this sort fight takes a lot out of the fighters and they deserve to be in the running for fight of the year . Menay collapsed after fight ended and the paramedics with oxygen were very slow To engage in helping my Man as you all know I was in the era of my good friends Micky Watson , Rod Douglas and Bradley Stone, so with Menay slumping and not responding my instinct was to grab Menay in my arms lay him down and grab the oxygen off the idiot in a green suit who could not be bothered to apply the mask and oxygen to his mouth, which I feel stablished him and then whacked the ice bag on his head, I have been contacted by BOARD OFFICIALS and let them know my concerns, MENAY is now in hospital after CT scans and Nuero Surgeons have advised a 48 hour of observations, so I would like to thank Michael Ballingall , Steve Steve Goodwin Chris Scotter and all of PAUL MENAY EDWARDS FRIENDS WHO HELPED with the very difficult night.
