GRAND CHIEF: REMOVE PPC By: Rose Amos East Sepik Governor, Grand Chief Sir Michael Somare has called on Prime Minister, Peter ONeill, and Police MInister Nixon Duban, to immediately remove the provinces Police Commander. The Grand Chief made the call following an unexpected police operation yesterday in the province, carried out by the Riot Squad, under the leadership of PPC Joe Poma. Sir Michael told Parliament, the PPC is not doing his job and is misusing government properties. Prime Minister Peter ONeil says he will respond to Sir Michaels request by this afternoon.
