GREAT NEWS Friends -- UCubed now has 200,022 Facebook fans. They have 57 million friends. If UCubed fans persuade their friends to go vote, they will tip the balance in dozens of contests. In the 2010 midterm elections, voters from jobless households made up 30% of the turnout nationwide. According to CNN’s exit polls, jobless households comprised 42% of the vote in Illinois and Nevada, 36% of the vote in Ohio and 34% of all voters in Pennsylvania and California. So getting out OUR vote? Not a problem. Jobless households are livid. Their anger can be seen in the comments on UCubed and its Spanish language page, Union de Desempleados. And their fury is focused on this GOP-led Congress and its Tea Partiers. What can 200,022 UCubed fans do? They can convince their friends to go vote next November 5th.
