GREAT NEWS! From my friend and teammate on The Dispatch Peloton, Mark McGregor: To those of you whove already donated to my effort to raise at least $1,800 for cancer research through Pelotonia 14, and to my friends who are considering donating, I have good news: Im going to be riding for a survivor! My father got word from his oncologist yesterday that the tumor shrunk considerably. Theyll check again in two months to see if it continues to shrink. I hope those of you considering donating will help me run up the fundraising dollars so that research will make all future cancer patients survivors. Or better yet, prevent it entirely. Couldnt ask for a better reason to be motivated to ride! #whodoyouridefor
