GREAT NEWS sent to us from Regina Garcia, Chairperson of Bike Houston. The Houston Police Department released a media alert from their Public Affairs division. While details are not currently available, the Houston Police Department held a news briefing on arrests of nine robbery suspects. "At a 2:30 p.m. news briefing TODAY (Wednesday, Sept. 18), officers with the South Central Patrol Division will be available to answer questions in an investigation that led to the arrests of nine suspects responsible for numerous robberies on and near an area bike trail." The news briefing will be held at the HPD South Central Police Station at 2202 St. Emanuel.
