GRIGOR DIMITROV CLINCHES BUCHAREST CROWN; SECOND TITLE OF 2014 Bucharest 2014 Grigor Dimitrov won his third ATP World Tour title on Sunday at the BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy. He did not lose a set in four matches this week and will rise to No. 13 in the Emirates ATP Rankings. Top seed Dimitrov ended the nine-match winning streak of Lukas Rosol in Bucharest, when he defeated the defending champion 7-6(2) 6-1 in 81 minutes. Dimitrov received €77,315 in prize money and earned 250 Emirates ATP Rankings points with his second trophy of the season. Two months ago, the World No. 16 lifted the Abierto Mexicano Telcel trophy (d. Anderson) in Acapulco. “It feels good to have won,” said Dimitrov. “I lifted my game, not having been happy with my previous matches in the tournament. I knew I had to lift my level, especially after the first set. Lukas is a very good winner, who hit some outstanding winners. It was a pleasure to play in front of Ilie Nastase and other greats.
