GUIDE TO PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS GREAT PRESENTATION SKILLS = Able to bullshit like hell!P GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS = Spends a lot of time on the phone and yapping yapping AVERAGE EMPLOYEE = Not too bright EXCEPTIONALLY WELL QUALIFIED = Made no major blunders yet. But not sure of future ! WORK IS FIRST PRIORITY = Too ugly to get a date or must be a workaholic!! ACTIVE SOCIALLY = Drinks a lot (like FISH, stupid!) FAMILY IS ACTIVE SOCIALLY = Spouse drinks, too! INDEPENDENT WORKER = Nobody knows what he/she does. May be minding own business !! QUICK THINKING = Offers plausible excuses. CAREFUL THINKER = Wont make a decision at all . Baadh mein dEkhaauanga ! attitude. AGGRESSIVE = Obnoxiously pushing and muscle stretching!! USES LOGIC ON DIFFICULT JOBS = Gets someone else to do it. ARTICULATE = Speaks English and occasionally Hindi and in between malayalam. METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL = A nit picker. HAS LEADERSHIP QUALITIES = Is tall or has a loud voice or can we say , a loud mouth!! EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD JUDGEMENT = Lucky KEEN SENSE OF HUMOUR = Knows a lot of dirty jokes and cracks it laughs himself first. CAREER MINDED = Back Stabber.
