GULF OF THAILAND (Oct. 30, 2014) -- LTJG Betty Chang, from Portland, OR., works alongside sailors on board the Royal Cambodian Navy Stenka-class patrol fast-attack craft 1131 during a bilateral gunnery exercise as part of the Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia 2014 exercise. In its 20th year, CARAT is an annual, bilateral exercise series with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations including, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Republic of Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor-Leste.
