GYM NEWS / AUSTIN GOLDEN GLOVES NEWS: The 2015 Austin Regional Golden Gloves tournament is scheduled for January 27-January 30. Start preparing now! To help with this goal, The Fit Pit will be having a Golden Gloves Training Camp beginning October 1, 2014. Training Sessions will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 am and 6:30 pm. These sessions will include conditioning, shadow boxing, heavy bag work, speed bag work. Supervised sparring will also be included during these sessions (beginning in late November). I would also encourage all interested boxers to plan on competing in the STABA Senior Championship Tournament in December 2014.
