The international friendly will see the two Under 20s test each other at the countrys only stadium, the Independence Stadium i Bakau at 4:30pm. Tapha Manneh will hope to maintain his unbeaten run ahead of the return leg of preliminary round of the CAF youth championship due to take place in Senegal early next year. Senegal as the African Youth Championship host are using this test match to keep the team in competition hence they are not playing in the qualifiers as the host of the 2015 tournament. Should the Gambia U-20 win hopes will be high ahead of the upcoming return leg after snatching a one nil win over Liberia last Sunday in Monrovia; a win that drove a dagger into the hearts of Liberian thus prompting them to file in an appeal against The Gambia for using ineligible players in that match. The appeal will be heard on Monday April 14, 2014 according to the CAF media unit. The general public is hereby informed that the ticket prices are as made cheap to allow everyone the opportunity to come to support the young scorpions play against Senegal. The tickets are D100, D50 and D25 and the Gambia Football Federation calls for support.
