Ganga Dasha-hara Wishes To All. (dasha means ten and hara means to destroy) Hindus celebrate this festival very significantly because river Ganga fall down at this day from heaven to earth. According to the Hindu calendar Ganga Dashahara or dashami is celebrated in waxing moon of the month of Jyestha. At this day devotees gathers at the banks of the river Gange and take a soak in the Holy-water to get rid of ten sins (dasha means ten and hara means to destroy).
