Garagery Report: Possibly will have to rename to Orangerie Report (please say that with a slight French accent in honor of Marie Antoinette). Really, as I was walking around contemplating necessary relocations now that several kitties have left the premises, and after the near heart attack when I realize two of the week old kittens had moved out of their box and were sleeping on the floor. Thank Goodness they did not move to the right and fall to the floor (mattress down, just in case). My thought was to relocate them to the space other mother and her three kittens had vacated last night. How fast can I sterilize and clean and prep a crate at 7:00 AM? Pretty darned fast. That freed up the large condo for another group, look around, Oh, the four orange boys way up in the Penthouse. Easier to keep an eye on them if I dont have to climb a ladder to see them. Oh, now I can move the older orange boy to a crate next to them, moving on up, kitty. Oh, and how is my orange rat tail girl? Ah, nice, the orange boy and his white sister are playing, happily, to bad the orange singleton, now that Cloud has been adopted, has no one to play with. Wait, that is one heck of a lot of orange.... Not a large amount of variety out there, the Ugly Ducklings (black and black/white), the Wild Bunch (black and a Russian Blue), the Twins (grey/white). Mama Dearest is white w/grey, and her kits are much like her, one calico. My motley crue, all looking for a real foster or adoptive family o call their own. In the meantime, kisses and pets all around, and yes, all kittens may play with the broom as it sweeps by their crates....
