Garrett called! Hes doing well. No more pain since hes been immobilized and restricted. When he is deemed fit to resume, he will pick up again with a new platoon at the point in which he was injured- so he doesnt have to start from scratch- YAY! He is able to receive care packages while in WTRP, so I will post the address when I get it (he tried to give it to me over the phone, but he was talking so fast...) There was no incident that led to the actual injury. Theres some speculation that the stress fractures were caused- in part- by the boots that the ARMY is using now.
