To do this legally, Mr. Bullet Boy, you need to brush up on your spelling, and you need to get the names of those you bullet boys hunt right. No legal suit sparks unless you get the names of your prey right. Here, for instance, my legal name is Gary Joseph Bonas II. Your street bullet boy assaulted me when he pulled me over, for money. Then, he threatened me. With deadly bullets in his lethal gun he barked, like a rabid dog in heat, sign this contract ticket “or else”. Scared to death, petrified of being shot on the street by your bullet boy, I obeyed. Then you used Federal Postal Roads to scare me into paying you money. You did so by way of this thing you call a lawsuit. You captioned this case like this: THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA v. CASH JOSEPH BONAS. This suit of yours mantles me a foreign second class citizen, which I am not: Title 26 USC - section 163(h)(3)(C): Related foreign person I previously gave you my birth certificate. Cash Bonas is not my legal name, it’s an alias. And I never spelled it in all capitalized letters. This money case of yours was not brought by any “People” but yourself, your bullet boys. You are the only whiner or complainer here, and you have no American standing (Article III) to sue me. In your lit papers you threatened me with these extortionate words, verbatim, “Failure to deposit bail by the due date may subject you to other charges, more money penalties and assessments. If you fail to pay up, my army may take you prisoner.” In Mexico when I get pulled over, assaulted and terrorized by bullet boys like you, I just slip them some cash as “ransom money” to be left alone.
