Gday all, I can now confirm that huge things will be happening at Southern Sky Pecans over the next 12 months. We will be getting a new 55x60 shed, office, packing room, cool room and ablutions block. We will be importing a cracker sheller from the USA. We will be constructing a holding and drying facility and also constructing a sizing ( thanks Geoff Campbell )and processing plant also many other projects. It is going to be a huge year but will allow us to go from a back yarder to a professional processor and packaging plant. Watch this space as I will have photo updates through our journey. Times are a changing. Grab a handful and hang on!!!!!!
