Gear up for Game Day with this Superbowl Themed Home Workout: Penalty Plank: 2-3 sets of Hold for at least 30 seconds Linebacker Reverse Lunges 3 sets of 10-12 on each side Touchdown Triple Threat Push-up: 3 sets of 1 push-up & 1 shoulder tap on each shoulder (more core engaging) Seahawks Squat Jump: 3 sets of 12-15 reps. Land softly! Broncos Burpee: 2-3 sets of 12-15 Bend down, place hands on the ground and jump out to push-up position. Immediately jump legs back underneath and stand up to a squat jump. Now you are all prepped to sit down, relax, and enjoy the superbowl. Stay hydrated, and be sure to stretch before & after the workout. Enjoy Faithful Fitness ROBC
